Services

Three practices, scoped to the work you actually have.

We do not sell packages off a shelf. Custom work is the default. Tell us the problem and we will scope it inside one of our practices: software engineering, cybersecurity or agentic AI.

What we do.

Practice 01

Software engineering

Business platforms, internal tools, integrations and automations. Built for production and documented so the next person can maintain them.

See software engineering

Practice 02

Cybersecurity

Audits, penetration testing and hardening for products and companies. We also secure the AI systems other teams are deploying.

See cybersecurity

Practice 03

Agentic AI

AI agents and automations that handle documents, operations and internal workflows, with evaluation, guardrails and visible costs.

Beyond the catalogue

A catalogue, not a boundary.

Everything listed on this site is a sample of what we can do, not the edge of it. If a task lives inside software, AI or security, we can scope it, build it and support it, even when it appears on no list. The limits are legality, capacity and budget.

How engagements start

Scoped, quoted, contracted.

01

Tell us the problem

Goal, constraints, deadline. A short call is usually enough.

02

Written scope

Deliverables, timeline and a fixed quote, in writing.

03

Contract

Work starts under a signed agreement with clear terms.

04

Delivery

Weekly progress and direct contact with the engineering team.

What you get

What an engagement includes.

  • A written scope: deliverables, timeline and assumptions.
  • A fixed quote before work starts.
  • A signed agreement covering confidentiality and responsibilities.
  • Weekly progress with direct access to the engineers.
  • Documentation, access and a handover walkthrough.
  • Optional maintenance, quoted separately.
Pricing

How pricing works.

We do not publish fixed prices. Every engagement is quoted after a short scoping conversation, as a project fee or a monthly fee.

A quote is fixed for the agreed scope. Changes in scope are quoted before they start.

Getting started

What we need from you.

  • The goal, in your words.
  • Constraints: budget range, deadline and systems already in place.
  • A decision-maker who can approve the scope.
  • Access and materials when the project reaches that stage.
Policies

Contracts and policies.

Engagements are governed by our Terms of Service and, at project level, by a statement of work. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy published on this site.
