NorthStar AI Agency is a digital engineering agency specialized in AI. We work on software engineering, cybersecurity and agentic AI, with plans to extend into data science and applied mathematics.
Client work is one half of the company. The other half is products and specialized units that we create, direct and operate ourselves. The mix is deliberate: paid engagements fund the road, and our own products compound it.
One legal roof, many specialized units.
NorthStar builds and operates multiple units under one legal responsibility. Each unit is hyper specialized in its own niche, with a strong identity link to NorthStar and its own mandate. Some become public brands. Some operate quietly. Some are retired when their thesis is done.
We are not an incubator and not an investment fund. NorthStar does not buy startups, does not sell companies and does not invest in third parties. Our units exist because we created and directed them.
The goal is a company that sustains itself and compounds: high impact products and services, an engineering base that keeps getting stronger, and a long horizon. Unicorn is our word for that ambition. It is a vision, never a promise.

NorthStar operates with its own resources. Revenue from paid engagements, its own economic activity and the support of private investors fund the work. Founded in 2024, the company grew with an institutional, academic and governance minded approach.
We take on work we can execute, under contract and with a written scope. That discipline keeps the company independent and the promises concrete.

The identity of our people, our infrastructure, our internal operations and our client relationships is private and confidential. We do not publish internal or client information, except when the law requires it.
Every engagement is shielded by contract. If you need legal clarity before working with us, ask for a live meeting: a real person answers, in English or Spanish, with no bot in between.
Remote and under contract.
- Based in Wichita, Kansas, with legal representation in the United States and Mexico.
- Remote delivery across Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia Minor, in English and Spanish.
- Business to business engagements, always scoped and contracted.
- Products for individual users are built and operated through separate units, not as agency client work.
What we will not do.
- We do not train, fine tune or deploy foundation models as a service, and we do not sell general purpose LLMs.
- We are not an incubator and not an investment fund.
- We do not sell client data or use it for anything other than delivering the work.
- We do not promise results we cannot measure.

In parallel we are building an academy, contributing to open source and publishing tools for production grade agentic AI.
We publish work when it is done, not when it is promised. The ambition is a category defining company, measured in decades, not quarters.
